The death of a West Hartford teen whose body was found Saturday in West Virginia where the boy was visiting relatives has been ruled a homicide, Hampshire County sheriffs said Tuesday.
An autopsy helped officials determine the manner of Jonathan “Johnny” Adams’ death. But the Hampshire County sheriffs did not say how he died, who killed him or why.
Citing the ongoing nature of the investigation, which they said has been “difficult and complicated for various reasons,” the sheriffs said in a Facebook post late Tuesday morning that they will not be releasing more information about the case at this time.
