Justin Cabrera, 21, faces charges including murder, criminal use of a weapon, illegal discharge of a firearm and carrying a pistol without a permit in connection with the shooting death of Kayson Langhorn, 23, on Chase Avenue.
Police said about a week ago that they were looking for Cabrera in connection with the shooting, and they believed he was “armed and dangerous.”
The shooting happened about 7:15 p.m. that day in the area of Cooke Street and Chase Avenue. Langhorn was found in the parking lot of 577 Chase Ave. with fatal gunshot wounds to the torso and extremities.
