Waterbury detectives have obtained an arrest warrant charging a man for the murder of 22-year-old Kayson Langhorn, who was fatally shot on a July evening in a restaurant parking lot.
Justin D. Cabrera, 21, is wanted on charges of murder and six other offenses, including illegal transfer of a pistol, according to Waterbury police.
Waterbury detectives have asked for anyone with information about his whereabouts to call 911 or contact the department at 203-574-6911, Silverio said. Police warned no one should approach or make contact with Cabrera and should contact police instead.
