The light at the end of the tunnel, also known as spring weather, will be making an early appearance as Connecticut expects to see temperatures in the high 60s this week.
Warmer temperatures will begin Tuesday with a high of 55, continuing through the week with a peak high on Friday in the mid-60s, before dropping back into the mid-40s on the Sunday.
“We’ll start tomorrow with the warmer weather and we should be in the mid 50s and 55-60 on Wednesday. Both days lots of sunshine, pretty light winds,” Western Connecticut State University Weather Center’s chief meteorologist Gary Lessor said Monday.
