The male teen turned himself in at police headquarters Friday evening after learning of a warrant for his arrest. He is charged with criminal attempt to commit murder; first-degree assault; criminal use of a firearm; carrying a pistol without a permit and risk of injury to a minor, they said. More arrests are expected.
