For the second-straight year, UConn Huskies senior Gabby Williams and junior Katie Lou Samuelson have been named to the WBCA All-American Team. Teammates Napheesa Collier, Kia Nurse and Azura Stevens earned honorable mention All-American honors.
Samuelson is averaging a team-high 17.5 points this season and shooting 47.4 percent from the 3-point line while adding 4.5 rebounds per game. She also ranks sixth in the country in true-shooting percentage at 68.2 percent.
Williams leads the Huskies with 184 assists on the season and is shooting 60.9 percent from the field. She also is averaging 11.1 points and 7.
