UConn women’s basketball has picked up a commitment from Dorka Juhász, a 6-foot-4 grad transfer from Ohio State. She has two years of eligibility remaining and will be eligible to play immediately.
A native of Pecs, Hungary, Juhász averaged a double-double with 14.6 points and 11.1 rebounds per game as a junior with the Buckeyes en route to first team All-Big Ten honors for a second consecutive season. Over her three years with Ohio State, Juhász averaged 13 points and 9.6 rebounds in 75 career games.
“She’s a very bright player,” OSU head coach Kevin McGuff told Buckeyextra in January.
