There are many ways to become enshrined in the Huskies of Honor, among them being named a WBCA All-American. After Saturday’s announcement, three Huskies locked up their spots as Napheesa Collier, Katie Lou Samuelson, and Gabby Williams were all named All-Americans.
Collier, who just completed her sophomore campaign, started all 37 contests, averaging 30.2 minutes per game. She led the team in field goal percentage (67.8%), scoring (20.4 PPG) and rebounding (9.1 RPG). She also led the team with 77 blocks and was second with 64 steals.
Collier was third in field goal percentage, 16th in points per game, and 50th in rebounds per game in the country.
