Three years after Dan Hurley became the new UConn men’s basketball coach, another Hurley is joining the program. This time, it’s his son Drew.
All available scholarships are full after the addition of Andre Jackson, Adama Sanogo, Javonte Brown-Ferguson and Tyrese Martin this offseason, in a recruiting class ranked no. 22 according to 247sports and 23rd on Rivals in 2020.
This news was circulating online and later confirmed by the Hartford Courant’s Dom Amore Saturday.
“I am excited to add my son Andrew to our basketball program,” Dan Hurley told the Courant.
