The No. 25 UConn men’s basketball team capped off ‘Alfred Pennyworth Week’ with a solid road win against Butler, 75-56. The Huskies improve to 13-4 and 4-2 in the Big East for their third-straight win. They also managed to complete the series sweep of Butler for the second-straight year, this time dispatching the Bulldogs twice in roughly 72 hours.
Super senior Tyrese Martin poured in a career-high 27 points, going 10 of 13 in the second half to help UConn pull away. Sophomore Adama Sanogo added 15 points and 10 rebounds, while Andre Jackson stuffed the stat sheet with six points, seven rebounds, and five assists.
