UConn Huskies head football coach Randy Edsall has released his depth chart for the USF Bulls game on Saturday at the Rent. And there are multiple changes from the season-opening two-deep.
The biggest change on the two-deep for this week comes at quarterback where Bryant Shirreffs takes over as the starter for David Pindell. It was Shirreffs who led them back from a 20-7 deficit against Holy Cross to the win.
At running back, Nate Hopkins moves out of an “OR” situation with Jason Thompson and into an “OR” situation with Arkeel Newsome as the starter there.
