UConn football’s miserable 2018 season ended with a whimper as the Huskies were crushed by the Temple Owls, 57-7.
UConn’s defense finishes allowing the most points (605) in FBS/Division I-A history. Their 50.41 points allowed per game is the most in college football history since the end of World War I.
The Huskies are one of two teams to finish without a victory over a fellow FBS school this season, joining Central Michigan. The last time UConn finished without a FBS win was 1998, the school’s second-to-last season in Division 1-AA.
