Logos on the side of the helmet among the major changes to football team's new uniforms.
For the first time since the rebrand in 2013, the UConn football team is undergoing serious uniform changes.
A video released by the football program reveals some significant changes to the uniform design, the most significant of which is the return of logos to the side of the players' helmets. UConn has not had side logos since the 2012 season, the last year when the block "C" was displayed on the uniforms.
The video released Wednesday night is the follow-up to a video released three weeks ago, which featured Bob Diaco as the ringleader of a heist that included the theft of UConn's old uniforms from the Burton Family Football Complex.
