UConn football picked up another Class of 2019 recruit this weekend as wide receiver Cameron Ross from St. John’s College High in Washington DC announced this commitment to the Huskies via Twitter.
Ross, a 5-foot-10, 177-pound receiver, is not ranked by Rivals but received other FBS offers from Army, Navy and Toledo. Last season, Ross was an honorable mention for WCAC all-conference last season and returns to be a part of a team ranked No. 6 in the country according to MaxPreps.
The addition of Ross gives the Huskies four potential wide receivers so far in the Class of 2019, with Ross joining Winston Jules, Jayce Medlock and Connecticut native Jackson Mitchell.
