Another week, another embarrassing loss for UConn football. This week, they fell to the ECU Pirates 55-21, who entered the game 2-7 and ranked 106th in S&P+.
Things actually started well for the Huskies. They scored on their first drive thanks to a 48-yard pass from David Pindell to Tyler Davis. From there, the two teams went back and forth and were knotted at 21 with around five minutes left in the half.
Then, like most games have gone this season, it quickly went south for UConn. The Huskies gave up a touchdown to go down 28-21 with just over two minutes until halftime.
