UConn Huskies football coach Randy Edsall has put out his depth chart for Saturday afternoon’s game vs Rhode Island and once again there changes on both sides of the ball.
Defensively, Darrian Beavers has been moved to linebacker and he will back up Jonathan Pace. Eddie Hahn takes over Beavers starting spot at linebacker. Lwal Uguak and Pace have switched sides but both are starters. Travis Jones and Caleb Thomas also switch sides at defensive tackle.
Jeremy Lucien becomes the third different freshman to start at one of the corner spots. He takes over Ryan Carroll who will now back up Tahj Herring-Wilson.
