UConn football is expecting around 17 or 18 players to sign their national letters of intent Wednesday morning, including at least one junior college transfer. Head coach Randy Edsall will be able to speak about the newest UConn Huskies for the first time in a press conference at 11 a.m. where he will introduce the first wave in the recruiting class of 2020.
With nearly 20 players leaving the team this offseason, and possibly more on the way, Edsall’s roster has plenty of space. Hopefully he signs the maximum 25 players between this signing period and the one in February and UConn can be active in the transfer market as well.
