The south lanes of I-95 are closed because of a tractor trailer crash, the state Department of Transportation said Tuesday morning.
The highway is closed between exits 17 and 16, the DOT said. The crash, which was reported to the DOT about 6:45 a.m., involves multiple vehicles in addition to the rig.
