A pair of Windsor teens have been charged with killing two town residents, ages 78 and 55, and critically injuring a third person, police said Tuesday.
The 17-year-olds are charged with two counts of murder and one count of first-degree assault, they said. They also were charged with criminal liability for acts of another, a charge that refers to someone soliciting or aiding another person to engage in criminal conduct.
Officers found the three women Monday after they were called to the house at 70 Clover St., across the street from Clover Street School. Sandra Marci, 78, and Marianne Dzurenka, 55, had died, police said, and a third person was seriously injured and taken to Hartford Hospital for treatment.
