Police said they have arrested a third teenager in a double murder that killed a Windsor mother and daughter last month and seriously injured a third person.
A female 17-year-old from Torrington was arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit murder and criminal liability for the acts of another/murder and one count of first-degree assault, Capt. Andrew Power said. The teen’s name was not released because she is a juvenile, as are the other accused killers.
The male teens were arrested last month and charged with murder and on the same assault and criminal liability charges, police said.
