Some 17 hours after he allegedly opened fire on a co-worker in South Windsor, wounding two men, police charged a Springfield man with the assault, police said Wednesday afternoon.
Alan Rosario, 33, was extradited from Massachusetts and charged with second-degree assault with a firearm, first-degree threatening, first-degree reckless endangerment, illegal discharge of a firearm and third-degree assault, they said.
He is in custody on $250,000 bail, Sgt. Mark Cleverdon said, and is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday. It wasn’t clear Wednesday afternoon if he would be arraigned in Hartford or Rockville court.
