A serial burglar who state police said has been skulking across northern Tolland County at night for months, stealing everything from cars to lawn equipment, was arrested for the second day in a row Tuesday.
This time, Brandon Prince, 21, of Mirtl Road in Willington, faces more than a half-dozen theft charges, police said. Detectives arrested him on seven warrants charging him with multiple counts of burglary, larceny and other charges. More arrests are likely.
