A pedestrian who state police said repeatedly refused to get off a New Haven highway after protesters had dispersed was arrested Sunday.
Nuquen Davis, 37, of Sherman Avenue in New Haven, was charged with reckless use of a highway by a pedestrian, being a negligent pedestrian, interfering with an officer, breach of peace and littering, police said. He posted $2,500 bail and is scheduled to appear in Superior Court in New Haven July 13.
