State police said they are looking for witnesses to a crash in Haddam that killed two people Tuesday night.
According to police, a 2011 Honda Accord driven by James Reid, 39, of Bloomfield, was headed down the off-ramp for Route 9 north at Exit 8, when it traveled through the stop sign at the end of the ramp and kept going across the intersection.
The car went onto the on-ramp on the other side of the intersection before striking a rock wall to the right, state police said.
Anyone who saw the crash or knows anything about it is asked to call the Troop F barracks in Westbrook at 860-399-2100.
