Stamford police arrested a 21-year-old Thursday in connection to a 2018 homicide that took the life of a 16-year-old.
Isaias Delacruz, 21, was charged with murder, conspiracy at murder and carrying a pistol without a permit for his role in the death of Marcus Hall.
“Delacruz was located at the Stamford courthouse where he was appearing on an unrelated criminal matter,” police said. He’s held on $2 million bond and more arrests are expected as the investigation remains ongoing.
“The department, once again offers its condolences to the Hall family and hopes that today’s arrest begins to provide them with a sense of justice,” police said.
