Following days of nothing but sunshine and blue skies, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning is in effect for parts of Hartford and Tolland County Tuesday afternoon until 3:30 p.m.
Much of the state can expect scattered storms, including rain and thunder, but it’ll still be warm as the low is expected to be 69 degrees in Hartford tonight.
A Severe Thunderstorm Warming is in effect for parts of Northern Connecticut, including Hartford County and Tolland County until 3:30 p.m., Tuesday.
“One batch [of storms] has moved by to the Northeast and diminished, and there are more storms forming back from over Litchfield County back over into Eastern New York,” Dunham said.
