Stamford police have made a second arrest Tuesday in connection to the 2018 murder of 16-year-old Marcus Hall.
John Montero-Delossantos, 21, has been charged with murder and conspiracy at murder. Delossantos was arrested at the Stamford courthouse, police said.
“He is in the custody of the Connecticut Department of Corrections,” police said. “Delossantos is currently serving a sentence for prior crimes committed in Stamford.”
The arrest comes just days after 21-year-old Isaias Delacruz was the first person arrested in connection to the shooting. Delacruz was arrested Thursday on murder, conspiracy at murder and carrying a pistol without a permit charges.
