It looks like former UConn great Ryan Boatright will have another shot at playing basketball stateside. After a local tryout with the G-League’s Agua Caliente Clippers, Boatright made the training camp roster and will now compete for a spot on the team.
The 2014 national champion last saw NBA in action in 2015, but he was waived by the Detroit Pistons on Oct. 25.
The AC Clippers are the G-League affiliate of the NBA’s Los Angeles Clippers and finalized the training camp roster for their second season in team history earlier today.
