A man who police said left the scene of back-to-back crashes in Lisbon that caused injuries —including to a state trooper — has been arrested, state police said.
Joshua Young, 31, of Norwich was arrested Sunday, the day of the two crashes, they said. His charges weren’t available by mid-afternoon Monday.
According to the state police, troopers from the Montville barracks responded to a report of a crash with injuries the area of Kinsman Hill Road in Lisbon about 12:15 p.m. Sunday. Troopers were told a red Chevy Cruze had left the scene of the crash and at least one injured person.
