A second person was arrested Tuesday morning in connection with the drive-by shooting in Hartford’s North End that took the life of a 3-year-old boy on April 10.
Police said that a juvenile has been charged with accessory to murder and second-degree larceny. The juvenile, who police identified as the driver in the killing, was arrested Tuesday morning without incident, they added.
The arrest comes almost a week after 19-year-old Jaziah Smith was identified by Hartford police as the shooter in the homicide and was charged with murder. Smith is held on $2.5 million bond.
