Norwalk police offer reward in cold case murder

Norwalk police are offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information on a 2006 cold case homicide.

Fulton Raines, 33, was shot in the abdomen during a raucous gathering on June 11 at a local Elks Lodge. Officers found Raines in his vehicle outside the Lexington Avenue building at about 1:50 a.m. He was taken by ambulance to Norwalk Hospital, where he died, police said.

The William Moore Elks Lodge had hosted a large gathering that included a Pay-Per-View boxing match and a DJ, police said. Numerous fights broke out both inside and outside, culminating in the shooting, police said.
