Norwalk police officers found improvised Molotov cocktail devices in a home after a domestic violence arrest Friday night on Creeping Hemlock Drive, officials said.
Officers were first sent to the home about 5:15 p.m. when a woman called to say her husband had choked her, was building Molotov cocktails and was planning suicide by cop, police said.
The woman was able to leave the home and make contact with officers, who were later joined by an emergency services team, police said.
Police negotiators spoke to the man inside the home and he eventually left without incident, according to officials.
