Police said they stopped a car with illegal drugs in it in Vernon Thursday and arrested the occupants, who they said had been dealing in the area.
Dakota Lopez, of Merrow Road in Tolland and Julio Mulero of Spring Street in Vernon, both 21, were pulled over in the Rockville section of town and charged with operating a drug factory, possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell and other charges, police said.
