A partner in a western Connecticut law practice is taking a leave of absence after he was involved in a deadly shooting Monday outside his firm’s Litchfield office.
State police as of Thursday afternoon had not released the names of the man who died, nor of the person they believe pulled the trigger. But the law firm, Cramer & Anderson LLP, said real estate lawyer Robert Fisher was involved.
A man who picked up the phone at Fisher’s home Tuesday said “I’m not interested” and hung up when a reporter called for a comment.
The shooting happened about 5 p.
