A white man accused of spraying five Black men with dog repellent after a racial argument last weekend will be arrested, according to the attorney representing the five men.
Stamford police could not be reached Friday evening for confirmation, but attorney Darnell Crosland said investigators told him an arrest warrant has been signed.
