In what is becoming frequent news, Jeff Adrien has been signed to another one year contract with an NBA team. This time, the New Orleans Pelicans are the organization picking up the 29 year old forward.
First reported by Yahoo Sports, Adrien is set to join his sixth team over the course of five year career. Last season, he appeared in 17 games for the Minnesota Timberwolves, averaging 3.5 points per game and 4.5 rebounds per game.
Adrien starred with the Huskies from 2005-09. He helped lead UConn to the Final Four in 2009. He went undrafted in that year's draft.
