HARTFORD — Downtown Hartford’s largest commercial landlord is pushing out of the central business district for the first time, purchasing the former Fuller Brush Co. complex in Hartford’s North End, seeing the need to connect revitalization downtown with the city’s neighborhoods.
Shelbourne Global Solutions LLC, of Brooklyn, N.Y. and owner of four downtown office towers, including a partnership in the marquee One Financial Plaza, the “Gold Building,” closed the Fuller Brush purchase Oct. 16 and announced the acquisition Wednesday.
