Hartford’s Camp Courant has named Corriane Gagliardi, a longtime Connecticut nonprofit organizer, as its new director and chief executive officer.
Gagliardi joined the camp this week as it finishes its unprecedented 126th season, which took place virtually this summer instead of at the sprawling Farmington campus due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Camp Courant leaders praised Gagliardi’s credentials in development and fundraising over the past decade in Connecticut, including her most recent role at the Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation and previous work for the Lupus Foundation of America.
“She has spent many years working in the nonprofit realm in Connecticut and clearly has a passion for working to help make people’s lives better, and she will be a wonderful ambassador for the children and families whom we serve,” said Adam McLaughlin, president of the camp’s board of directors.
