Hartford police responded to 52 Lawrence Street at 2:56 p.m. after a shot spotter notification where they found two victims, an unidentified male in his 30s who was transported to a local hospital and is listed in critical condition, and an unidentified female in her 30s, who was also transported to the hospital and is in stable condition, according to a police report.
