Hartford police are asking for the public’s help in finding a woman who has been missing since Tuesday morning.
Kaisia Williams, 25, was last seen about 7 a.m. in the area of Union Station in downtown Hartford, they said. Williams, who is from out of state and was in Connecticut visiting a friend, seemed confused and disoriented, Lt. Aaron Boisvert said.
Police don’t know of any medical conditions that would explain the behavior, and she is not considered to be a danger to herself or others, he said.
