Police have arrested a 36-year-old who they said fatally stabbed another man in the neck during a weekend argument.
Carlos Escobar, who also goes by Escobar-Menjivar, of Ward Street was charged with murder the day after the Saturday stabbing on Bond Street, Lt. Paul Cicero said Tuesday. Ceasar Sanchez, 34, of Hartford died.
At Escobar’s arraignment in Superior Court in Hartford, his bail was raised from $1.5 million, court records show. He is scheduled to return to court on June 29.
