Four Hartford men were involved in a shooting Monday in a Vermont town on the Canadian border, leaving one of them wounded, two under arrest and the suspected shooter at-large.
Jaquan Flintroy, 26, was identified by police in Newport, Vermont, as the suspected shooter and is wanted on a charge of second-degree attempted murder, but police had not yet located him Tuesday.
Donta Flowers, Sr., 44, suffered a gunshot wound to the leg and was in stable condition Tuesday at the University of Medical Center, police said.
Two more of the men were located at noon Tuesday on Interstate 91 by U.
