An 85-year-old woman, who was putting groceries in her car, was injured in a street robbery near Hamden Plaza Monday afternoon.
The incident occurred around 3:45 p.m. Police said the woman was approached from behind and a “male grabbed the shoulder strap of the victim’s pocketbook.”
