Frank Verducci Moving out of Coaching Role

On Monday, UConn announced that Frank Verducci would no longer be in a coaching role with the team going forward and that the Huskies will be working on a “national search for a new offensive coordinator.”

“I want to thank Coach Verducci for his service to our UConn football family the past two years,” head coach Bob Diaco said via the official release from the school. “I have known Coach Verducci since I was in high school and he is a great person and football coach.”

Verducci will now be in the role of recruiting coordinator, according to Jeff Jacobs of the Hartford Courant.
