Final: UConn Baseball Walks-Off Against Quinnipiac, 4-3

After dropping four-straight games, including a sweep at the hands of Tulane, the UConn Huskies returned home in desperate need of a win to right the ship.

It took all nine innings, but UConn came away with a 4-3 victory over Quinnipiac thanks to a walk-off double from Jack Lambrecht in the bottom of the ninth.

With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth, John Toppa led off the inning by getting hit by a pitch and quickly moved to second on a bunt from Isaac Feldstein. After an intentional walk, freshman second baseman Jack Lambrecht, only in the lineup after Conor Moriarity went down with illness, stepped up to the plate.
