U.S. Marshals have taken a suspect in a Bridgeport homicide into custody after finding him in Staten Island, N.Y. Monday morning, city police said.
Jahleel Bailey, 22, will be extradited to Connecticut and charged with murder and carrying a dangerous weapon, they said. His bail will be set at $1 million.
Police said Bailey fatally stabbed his sisters’ husband, Brandon Goode, on Dec. 13. after a dispute at their home at 202 Harral Ave. At the time, police said Goode had several injuries to his lower extremities that he wasn’t able to survive.
