An Ecuadorian man wanted in connection with a home invasion in Wallingford more than a decade ago has been captured in Texas and brought back to Connecticut to face charges.
Victor Miguel Siguenzia Lozano, 46, was identified by a DNA match as one of four robbers who burst into a Wallingford home in October 2009 and tied up an 18-year-old male while the group pillaged the house.
The incident was one of a string of similar home invasions in the area over the course of several months, including another in Wallingford during which two elderly women and several children were tied up during the robbery.
