UConn baseball’s COVID woes continued on Tuesday as the program announced the cancellation of their upcoming series with Creighton due to an ongoing coronavirus outbreak amongst the team.
The Huskies were scheduled to travel to Omaha this weekend for a four-game set with the Bluejays, but will now miss out on a game on Friday, April 16, a doubleheader on Saturday, April 17, and another on Sunday, April 18. The series opener was scheduled to air on FS2.
This is just the latest in a wave of cancellations that started last weekend in the middle of UConn’s series against Georgetown.
