Bridgeport police look for “Jimmy Jazz” tote-carrying man

Bridgeport police are looking for a man with a Jimmy Jazz tote who they say robbed a bank this month.

The robbery happened about 3:50 p.m. March 12 at the Chase Bank, 2125 Main St., they said. The robber passed a note to a teller and left the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash.

He carried a tote bag that bore the name “Jimmy Jazz,” a shoe and clothing store in the New York/New Jersey areas, police said.
