Officers were called to the one-vehicle crash in the area of 809 Hanover Road about 11 p.m., they said. The rider, Joshua Stefanko of Berlin, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A preliminary investigation shows that Stefanko lost control while on a slight curve to the right. The 2016 Harley Davidson crossed over the double yellow lines, slid across the road and struck a stone wall, police said.
